Cleo Fariselli (Cesenatico, 1982) lives and works in Turin. Born into a family of musicians, she began studying theater and then graduated, in 2007, from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts. He completes his education with workshops held by Jimmie Durham (Ratti Foundation, Como), Rirkrit Tiravanija (Domus Academy, Venice) Liliana Moro and the Otolith group (Spinola Banna Foundation, Turin). She was an artist in residence at the Dena Foundazion in Paris (2009) and at the BAR project in Barcelona (2013). She was a finalist for the Museion Prize 1, Museion, Bolzano awards; Women to Watch, NMWA, Washington; 5 × 5 Castellò Award, EACC, Castellò; Ariane De Rothschild Prize, Palazzo Reale, Milan. Recent solo exhibitions include Dancing, Almanac Inn, Turin; Hydria, Iannaccone Collection, Milan; Dy Yiayi, Operative gallery, Rome; Calipso, Clima gallery, Milan.
